Privacy Policy We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. For this reason, Vivavi does not sell customer names to mailing lists or marketing companies. Any information you give us about you will only be used by us.
While maintaining your personal privacy is paramount, we do collect personal information including your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number and credit card information. We collect this information during the online checkout process so that we can properly fulfill your orders.
Security Policy We use the latest 128bit encryption technology (Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) to secure your personal information. The information you provide when you place an order is encrypted (or coded) using a secure server for maximum security. This coding makes it extremely difficult for anyone to reach your information as it moves through our ordering system. To check the security of your computer, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then the encryption technology is active and the server is secure. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser; when you access a secure server, the initial characters of the site address will be "https".
All of your information is encrypted before it's transmitted across the Internet, then decoded only after it arrives at our secure servers to be processed.
Shipping and Handling Policy
Our shipping charges are as follows:
For Orders within the United States $15 for all orders below $150 $25 for all orders from $151 to $300 $45 for all orders from $301 to $500 $150 for all orders from $501 to $1000 $250 for all orders from $1001 to $2000
For orders above $2000 a shipping quote will be provided.
These shipping charges reflect the costs of the merchandise we carry. Items such as furniture require specialized shipping procedures. For U.S. customers, large furniture items may ship with our deluxe "White Glove Service." Our delivery specialists will bring items into your home, unwrap them, place them wherever you like, and remove all debris for an additional fee.
For International Orders (including Canada) We currently do not ship items (including furniture) anywhere outside the continental U.S.
Returns Policy We guarantee all of our products. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, no questions asked.
For any custom orders sales are final.
